The Empower Hour is a focused, private 60-minute session designed to help you identify exactly where you feel stuck — and why.

Together, we slow the moment down and uncover the underlying patterns, emotional triggers, and internal narratives driving your current experience. Instead of circling the surface, we go directly to the root.

The M.A.G.I.C. Roadmap™ Immersion

This five-week private immersion is designed for individuals who are ready to move from reactive living into clear, self-led alignment.

This is not casual coaching. It is structured, intimate, and transformative work.

Over five weeks, we meet for 90 minutes each week in a focused, high-level session designed to uncover patterns, dissolve internal friction, and strengthen your inner authority. Between sessions, you receive direct access to me via Voxer for real-time guidance, integration support, and momentum when it matters most.

Each week opens a distinct doorway through the M.A.G.I.C. Roadmap™ — moving you through conscious awareness, emotional regulation, embodied integration, and creative alignment. This work recalibrates how you think, decide, respond, and lead your life.

Distance Reiki is my specialty, and these sessions are held virtually on video conferencing. A Clarity Call allows us to explore what feels most aligned.
